Matthew Weeman, DVM, MS
Veterinarian, Practice Owner
Dr. Weeman Grew up on a dairy farm in northeastern Ohio. His first job off the farm was in his hometown veterinary clinic where his passion for veterinary medicine really ignited. He attended The Ohio State University where he obtained his B.S. in agriculture, M.S. in Comparative and Veterinary medicine and went on to earn his doctorate of veterinary medicine, graduating as President of his class.
After graduating he began his veterinary career in the heart of dairy production in the Finger Lakes region of New York before relocating to the Delmarva peninsula in 2015. Prior to establishing Central Shore Veterinary Services Dr. Weeman spent time working at a local emergency center and for a few of the region’s small animal hospitals. He provided those small animal services alongside his own large animal mobile practice established in 2016 (Bayside Bovine Veterinary Services). His entire career has been spent working on small and large animals alike.
Dr. Weeman is a member of the National Dairy Shrine and was honored to be named as one of Maryland’s Distinguished Veterinarians. Dr. Weeman serves on the board of the Maryland Veterinary Medical Association and is chair of the legislative committee. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering to assist local 4-H and FFA groups. He lives with his wife Hannah, two sons, two dogs, one cat and a pasture full of potential opportunity.

Kevin Greenberg, DVM
Associate Veterinarian
As the son of a professional trainer in Long Island, NY, Dr. Greenberg has a deeply rooted connection to the equine industry. He got his start in the veterinary profession as an assistant to a large animal veterinarian. Maintaining their long connection to horses his family moved to Delaware and Dr. Greenberg went on to earn his doctorate of veterinary medicine from Saint George University School of Veterinary Medicine after completing his clinical training at Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. He and His fiance, who is also a veterinarian, live on Kent Island. Ever the animal lover, when Dr. Greenberg is not busy helping animals and their human counterparts in medicine you may find him riding one of his two horses or spending time with one of his five dogs, two cats or Bird.
